 Carolina Psychology Group offers discrete individual therapy utilizing a combination of evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and motivation enhancement therapy depending on the best needs and fit for each client. We also offer outpatient substance use therapy for individuals working to maintain sobriety and work towards overall wellness.


Psychotherapy via TeleHealth 

Our clinicians, MC Grant and Emily Watson, are currently available to provide psychotherapy services via TeleHealth to individuals throughout North Carolina. MC Grant is also registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider in Florida.

Carolina Psychology Group offers a wide range of psychological testing including psychoeducational, personality, neuropsychological, forensic, and vocational assessment.  Evidence-based objective tests allow for more reliable and valid results.

Carolina Psychology Group provides Forensic Services for Child Custody Evaluations, Civil Competency Evaluations, Criminal Evaluations, Social Security/Disability Evaluations, and other Court Referred/Ordered Psychological Evaluations. 

Carolina Psychology Group offers high end case management services that assist clients in navigating a challenging mental health system, identifies additional resources, and coordinates with collateral entities. 

Carolina Psychology Group offers consulting services to several not-for-profit agencies, attorneys, and families in the triad. We train staff, conduct seminars, and provide expertise and knowledge.

Carolina Psychology Group offers clinical supervision to graduate students and licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professionals.  Internships are also available to aspiring undergraduate students.
